These people are the most rudest unprofessional wrkers I have EVER in my life had to deal with...when i called to ask a simple question I was blown away by the attitude of the person on the phone. I'm NOT a recipient only someone who needed direction on who to contact in that office about a serious matter involving CPS. They need to take people relationship skill classes!
They send me something different every week in the mail which I end up having to turn in a second time because they messed up the first time its a mess literally I have never in my life had so much trouble as Ive had from flint dchs
Says they close at 5pm.. called about 340 pm was on hold for an hour then the automated told me there office was now closed... I can never get thru to anyone at this office, is there anyone who i can complain to-to get my case figured out. I turned in all my paper work they asked for, been waiting almost 2 months now..
Impossible to ever get ahold of anyone ever! Now I'm going yo lose my job because I csnt get daycare figured out and I csnt call anyone. Thanks
Phone and email messages are never returned.Nowhere on the site it is listed that there is a lunch break from 12 to 1 pm.The issues have been resolved since then by the superviser and another case worker ( who has been very friendly, prompt, and thorough).
