No one ever answers the phone and the number they have you call for the automated service never gets answered. Had me on hold for an hour and a half before I finally hung up.
This is the worst DHS ive ever dealt with in my whole entire life they have refused to help me by ignoring my case and they were supposed to contact me about my case and never did now my power is shut off, 1hr 14 minutes I've been on hold. I mean what can you expect out of Flints government!
Horrible customer service/call times and/or they never answer the phone. Cant get through at either building. Its just horrible.
Don't expect a call back or any help or assistance they make you jump through hoops for nothing Thanks for starving my family and creating more stress Lazy workers wish ya'll were half ad good as other county's
My caseworker got back with me the same day about Medicaid. She made sure the paperwork went through and I was able to go to the doctor the next week. I really needed that., Im so happy they really helped me when I thought no one would !!
