Great first visit to vapour hut, I went to get a new e-cig for my partner, bearing in mind I have no clue what I'm talking about when it comes to vaping the member of staff there was very welcoming and guided me though all the different options. I will definitely be recommending vapour hut to friends. Thanks again
Great shop great service really helpfull staff
Ordered items on 20th September 2017 with no delivery or correspondence from vapour hut... Called the company on 2nd October to advise items not received and was advised items were listed incorrectly and could not be posted. I was offered a refund which didn't happen and now waiting for the company to answer Paypal case opened on the 10th October... Customer service is the worst i have ever experienced.
