I have known this place over 60 years. It holds many happy memories for me. At a number of stages in my lifetime. If it is possible to love a place,then I most certainly do,deeply ! Much change has taken place here. And the pleasant parkland setting is ideal for walkers,with or without a dog.Alas it is not what it once was,but then again,where is?It is the memories that are important to me. So it is worth the visit for this reason alone. But given the tree population,it is a scene that birdsong still lives,and charms its visitors.
