I honestly cannot believe the lazy rude staff in this place!Everything's a travesty! Ive been in here 4 times in the past few months and everytime it has been the same. The Ginger girl is an absolute disgrace! Miserable, lazy, rude, aggressive, cocky....the list goes on!Doenst matter what you go in for; petrol or to post a parcel you get the same treament, she will give you a smart cocky remark regarding your request, tell you to carry the parcel to the postage area yourself because she cant be bothered, shout at you if you park your car in a place she doesnt like (despite there being no space to park there), tell you to get stuffed with a receipt because you get insurance with hermes anyways...shes a total joke. The dark haired chubby woman is no better either, equally as rude!I dont often leave online reviews or make complaints because I usually let it go over my head but I feel I need to with this joke of a place. In future I'll go out of my way to use another place to post my hermes because I dont need to be the target of unjust insults and aggressive behaviour when all I want to do is post a parcel.If the manager or owner is reading this... you need to get a grip of your staff...their attitude reaks!
