Brilliant service, fast responses to any queries and professional manner by not only Jamie (owner) but also his team. My new carpet is stunning and my father will also be using Floors 4 U in his newly purchased home after seeing what great service was provided to myself.
Ill try keep this brief. Just please please dont give your money to these people, unless you want to be left with an awful flooring job. I wish I could add the picture of some of the work. Explains all. Mistake after mistake was made, paid a fortune for them to re-carpet our entire new home. And they left us with a mess! Tried numerous times to get in touch for them to fix it up. In the end had to resort to paying for another company to re-carpet the lounge as well as fix up what could be fixed in the rest of the house. From them and many other carpet shops, we learned that floors4u had an awful reputation, as all these other shops had had to fix up the many messes they had left people with. Have reported them to trading standards as others have done too. Just please please avoid. (Carpet outlet in pentre did a wonderful job for us)
