Went in for a replacement headlight bulb. Free fitting advertised on the door and window...bought the bulb and asked for it to be fitted. Was told he couldn't do it as no-one else working there. When I said my car model he didn't know how to do it anyway. Waste of time
I went in looking for a headlight and indicator bulb, told an employee my car model/year and asked if he knew which ones I needed. He said he did and he picked out the two bulbs. I later found out they were not the right bulbs. After buying the correct bulbs from somewhere else, I also found out that 18 for 2 bulbs is ridiculous! I paid 5 at the CO-OP. Also wasted about 2 hours of my time having to take my headlights off twice. Tried to find a customer service number on their website to see if I could get a refund and their domain name is up for sale?I will not be going back.
Always very helpful and polite ,good range of accessories and they can order parts at reasonable price .
Bought some fluids for my vehicle, long story short I didn't need in the end and returned to store for a refund. Told I could only have an exchange for somethinge else or a credit note. I'm never in that store and only visited out of desperation since it was closer than Halfords. Now Im 8 out of pocket and stuck with something I don't need.
